We have been playing a key role as ServiceNow Platform Architects for about two years for a leading U.S. biotechnology and biopharmaceutical company.
Throughout this collaboration, we have been responsible for managing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, delivering strategic initiatives and continuous improvements. Among other initiatives, we carried out projects such as the update of the employee portal to the Employee Service Center (ESC), aimed at improving usability and the overall employee experience.
