Aloha Clouds First All Hands 2026: Culture, Growth & Team Momentum

Table of contents

Some milestones are measured in numbers. Others are measured in people.

At Aloha Clouds, our All Hands events are never just meetings. They are moments to reconnect, step out of the day-to-day pace, and remember that behind every delivery, architecture, and sprint, there are people building something together.

Our first All Hands of 2026 brought the entire team together for a full day of connection, reflection, and shared experiences. As the company continues to grow internationally, moments like this become not just meaningful, but essential.

Because when we come together, something shifts: conversations deepen, energy rises, and the work behind the screens suddenly has a voice, a face, and a shared direction.

One Day Together: The Aloha Way

A New Office, Familiar Traditions

The day began at our new office in Avilés, a space that reflects how far Aloha Clouds has come in recent years. The morning light coming through the windows marked the beginning of a day that felt both new and familiar at the same time.

Growth was visible everywhere, but so were the roots.

Breakfast brought colleagues together from different teams and locations, setting the tone for what matters most in our culture: proximity, conversation, and human connection before anything else.

Shortly after, lunch arrived from Cafetería Curtidora.

For most companies, catering is a detail. For us, it is memory.

Back when Aloha Clouds was just starting out in 2022, Cafetería Curtidora wasn’t just a place to eat, it was where ideas were shaped, decisions were debated, and the earliest versions of the company began to take form. Those tables witnessed the first version of what Aloha Clouds would become.

Bringing that same place back into our All Hands in 2026 was a quiet but powerful reminder: we grow, but we don’t disconnect from where we started.

Looking Back While Moving Forward

The morning sessions were dedicated to alignment, reflection, and direction.

We reviewed achievements from the first months of 2026, shared progress across teams, and aligned on what comes next. But beyond updates and priorities, what stood out was something less tangible: pride in the work being done together.

In a fast-moving ServiceNow ecosystem, it is easy to focus on delivery cycles, technical depth, and continuous evolution. Yet at Aloha Clouds, we are reminded again and again that sustainable growth comes from people who feel connected to what they are building.

And that connection was present in every conversation that morning.

An Afternoon of Connection in Oviedo

After the morning sessions, the team moved to Oviedo for a completely different kind of experience.

At Fun Lab Oviedo, roles disappeared for a few hours. Consultants, developers, architects, and project managers became teammates in a different sense, focused not on delivery, but on shared experiences.

Virtual reality challenges, drone football, and laser tag turned the afternoon into a mix of energy, laughter, and friendly competition.

There was no objective to optimise, no system to configure, no architecture to design.

Just people collaborating in a different way.

And in that simplicity, something important happened: barriers disappeared, new connections formed, and existing relationships became stronger.

Ending the Day Together

As the sun set over Oviedo, the team gathered at La Leyenda del Gallo for a cocktail-style dinner.

The atmosphere shifted again, slower, warmer, more reflective. Conversations that don’t always find space in the working day naturally surfaced: stories, ideas, laughter, and shared memories from the day.

What started in the morning as a company gathering ended as something closer to a collective pause, an opportunity to appreciate not just what we are building, but who we are building it with.

Reaching New Heights in 2026

The All Hands was also a snapshot of a wider moment in Aloha Clouds’ journey.

The first half of 2026 has brought continued international growth, expansion into new markets, new office facilities, and ongoing investment in talent and development.

This momentum has been reflected in several key milestones:

→ Gold Sponsors at the ServiceNow “Put AI to Work” Summit in Madrid
→ Official ServiceNow Partner in Switzerland and Belgium
→ Invitation to ServiceNow Spain’s Partner Day

Each of these moments represents something bigger than visibility or recognition. They reflect trust, progress, and the increasing impact of what we are building within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

But behind every milestone is the same constant: people.

People delivering projects, solving problems, building systems, and pushing the company forward together.

And we are only getting started.

Welcome to the Team

Growth also means evolution.

This All Hands gave us the opportunity to welcome new colleagues into the Aloha family and celebrate the perspectives they bring with them.

Among them is Cocout, originally from Martinique, whose French-speaking background strengthens our ability to support clients across French-speaking markets.

But beyond language and capability, every new addition brings something equally valuable: a different way of seeing, thinking, and contributing.

That diversity is not a side effect of growth. It is part of its foundation.

Experience the Aloha Spirit

Our All Hands events are a reflection of something we believe deeply: culture is not defined in documents, but in moments.

It lives in how we work together, how we support each other, and how we show up when we are in the same room.

As Aloha Clouds continues to grow, we remain committed to protecting the qualities that made this journey possible in the first place: trust, collaboration, proximity, and care.

Because technology may power transformation.

But people are what make it real.

The Aloha Way

We founded Aloha Clouds on a simple belief: technology should feel human.

Our mission is to make ServiceNow effortless, turning complexity into clarity and helping organisations move forward with confidence.

We combine certified expertise with a strong service mindset, delivering solutions that help businesses operate smarter, scale faster, and work with greater ease.

At Aloha, everything comes back to people, collaboration, and shared growth.

That is The Aloha Way.
